What is Bikram’s Hot Yoga?
Bikram Yoga is a sequence of Hatha Yoga postures practised in a room heated up to 40°C (105° F) with an average humidity of 40%.
A Bikram class takes 90 minutes and will make you feel amazing!
Who can practise Bikram’s Hot Yoga?
This yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, fitness level and experience.
You get the chance to work on your strength, flexibility and focus.
This yoga offers a long list of benefits to you: it helps to heal injuries, reduce stress, lose weight, detox, improve your skin and your posture. You also strengthen and firm your muscles, supply fresh blood to all internal organs, activate your metabolism, strenghten your immune system.
How can I prepare for class?
Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to class and make sure you are well hydrated when you come for class.
Bring two large towels, a yoga mat and a big bottle of water.
All items are available to hire or purchase at the studio, as well.
I don't speak any German
Will I be able to follow the class?“ Yes, you will!
We are happy to teach half the class in English for you since all our teachers are trained and certified in the USA by Bikram Choudhury himself.
